Hines' may not be a household name, but fans of real Hip Hop will certainly recognize the sample lifted from his song 'Our Generation'. Pete Rock and C.L. Smooth sampled the cut (and lyric!) for their song 'Straighten It Out' on the legendary MECCA AND THE SOUL BROTHER album. Check 'em both out below!
