Video: Goapele - PLAY

This exquisite new video from Goapele is a perfect visual analog to the song “Play”–starts off kind of like a Sade quiet stormer (and visually Goapele’s silhouette recalls the simplicity of Sade visuals like this) but quickly goes someplace much edgier. I don’t know exactly what game she wants to play, son, BUT IT AIN’T CHESS. The new LP Break Of Dawn drops Oct 24th.
